مأموریت ما تجهیز رهبران و استحکام کلیساهای محلی است تا در وفاداری به نظم الهی و کلام خدا، نور انجیل را بهدرستی و با سلامت الهیاتی منعکس کنند. ما ایمان داریم که کلیسای کتابمقدسی، همچون فانوسی است که جلال خدا را برای خیریت جهان و نجات گمشدهگان آشکار میسازد.
Our mission is to equip leaders and strengthen local churches to reflect the light of the gospel through biblical order, theological accuracy, and faithfulness to the Word of God. We believe that the biblically healthy church is a lantern — carrying the light of Christ for the good of the world and the salvation of the lost.
فانوس یک استعاره نیست — بلکه یک چارچوب الهیاتی است. هر بخش از یک فانوس طوفانی به یک جنبۀ اساسی از کلیسای سالم اشاره دارد.
The name Fanoos comes from the Persian word for a hurricane lantern — a glass-enclosed oil lamp designed to hold a flame steady against wind and weather. Each component of a fanoos maps directly to an essential dimension of the biblically healthy church.
نظم کتابمقدسی کلیسا: شورای کشیشان، عضویت، و انضباط کلیسایی — که شعلۀ انجیل را از بادهای فرهنگ محافظت میکند.
Biblical church order — elders, membership, and discipline — protecting the flame from the cultural and doctrinal winds of the age.
عقیدۀ سالم و دقت الهیاتی. بدون روغن خالص، شعله خاموش میشود — کلیسا نمیتواند با خرافه یا احساسات روشن بماند.
Sound doctrine and theological accuracy. Without pure oil, the flame dies. A church cannot sustain itself on sentiment or religious novelty.
کار عینی و جلیل عیسی مسیح. شعله نه توسط احساسات ما بلکه توسط واقعیت کفاره، رستاخیز، و جلال خدا روشن میماند.
The objective, glorious work of Jesus Christ. The flame is sustained not by our emotions, but by the reality of atonement, resurrection, and the glory of God.
مسئولیت کلیسا برای حمل این نور به دنیا. کلیسای سالم، برای خودش نیست — بلکه برای خیریت جهان و نجات گمشدهگان فرستاده شده است.
The church's responsibility to carry this light into the world. A healthy church does not exist for itself — it is sent for the good of the world and the salvation of the lost.

The P3 Training cohort is one of Fanoos's core initiatives. Designed for pastors, ministry leaders, and those aspiring to ministry, the P3 program equips a cohort of Persian-speaking leaders through a hybrid educational format combining theological training and practical ministry experience — with the goal of strengthening local churches.

Focusing on regeneration as God's sovereign act rather than human decisionism or religious switching. The new birth is not the product of an emotional appeal — it is the work of the Holy Spirit.
